About the surgery

Dr. Gupta is skilled with Top Surgery and mostly uses the Double Incision method with nipple grafts. This form of Top Surgery is the most commonly-used technique and is ideal for those who have a medium to large sized chest.

During the Double Incision procedure, two horizontal incisions are made at the top and bottom of the pectoral muscle and the breast tissue is removed. Liposuction may be used to shape a masculine chest contour. If nipple grafting is being performed, the nipple-areola complex is removed, re-sized and grafted on to the chest.


The fee for Top Surgery is approximately $9000, including anesthesia. Accepted payment methods are cash, credit card and medical financing (ex. CareCredit.) Dr. Gupta does not accept insurance, Medicaid or Medicare.

Surgery Requirements

Good physical and mental health, age 18 and over. Therapist letter is not required and Dr. Gupta does not have a BMI limit
