Our Cancellation policy
In an effort to provide the best service possible for all of our clients, we have the following cancellation policy for all appointments:
- We request 2 day notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Clients who cancel or reschedule their scheduled appointments (less than 2 day before) or clients who are a no-show for their appointment will be charged a $100.00 fee, since we are unable to offer that appointment time to another client.
- The cancellation fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and due in-full at the subsequent treatment date.
